God’s Grace and Direction 

“I returned, and saw under the sun, that the race is not to the swift, nor the battle to the strong, neither yet bread to the wise, nor yet riches to men of understanding, nor yet favour to men of skill; but time and chance happeneth to them all.”  Ecclesiastes 9:11

We need to seek  God’s  direction of where we are heading to; be it business plans, field of study, projects and in fact choosing a life partner is a journey we need to ask God for direction before we embark on it.

When we go into wrong fields in life no matter how smart we may be we cannot outshine those that were directed by Devine instruction. The scripture tells us about time and chances which describes people being at the right place and at the right time. When we are at the right place we excel as if we are the best.

A person full of wisdom and great understanding without God’s grace would make Him/Her insignificant. 

From Ecclesiastes 9:11 King Solomon made us understand that to be successful and great wouldn't be by being wise and knowledgeable but by God’s Grace and Devine direction to any part of ones Life.

Conclusion: 

Let us pray for God’s Grace of excellence and ask him to direct us to anything we are about to do; this Grace makes us better than those knowledgeable than us.
