Jesus, exalted above all things.

Who being the brightness of his glory, and the express image of his person, and upholding all things by the word of his power, when he had by himself purged our sins, sat down on the right hand of the Majesty on high; Hebrews 1:3

Christ Jesus had been with God right from the beginning of Heaven and Earth, through Him was everything created; things in Heaven and even on earth, John 1:1 says in the beginning was the word and the word was with God and the word was God. And this verse clearly shows that Christ is God who came to earth in form of a man to die for our sins. He was with the Father even during the creation of the angels,  as highly and powerful the angels are none of them was called the begotten son of God. Hebrews 1:5 For unto which of the angels said he at any time, Thou art my Son, this day have I begotten thee? And again, I will be to him a Father, and he shall be to me a Son?’ But Jesus been given more honor than the angels was sent in form of a man lower to the angels just to die for you and I. Hebrews 2:9 But we see Jesus, who was made a little lower than the angels for the suffering of death, crowned with glory and honour; that he by the grace of God should taste death for every man.Because of this reason the lord exalted Him so high that by the mention of His name everything here on earth or under the earth even in Heaven shall bow. Philippians 2:10 ‘ That at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of things in heaven, and things in earth, and things under the earth;

Conclusion:
The name of Jesus Christ is greater and highly exalted than anything you can think of,  by the name of Jesus Christ all your problems and even the Devil will bow.

What have you been sowing?

Be not deceive; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap. Ephesians 6:7

The world had always quoted one of the popular verse in the Bible, Ephesians 6:7 which says what a man sows He will reap. The scripture expounded on this verse better in a way we understand that if one sow evil He shall reap evil likewise, in the following verse at Ephesians 6:8 ‘ For He that Soweth to his flesh shall of the flesh reap corruption; but he that soweth to the Spirit shall of the Spirit reap life everlasting’ This verse tells us more on investing to ones spiritual life or flesh. The scripture makes it clearer that if you spent more time and pleasure to your flesh than how you spend time to your spiritual life you shall reap corruption thereof without growing spiritually because the flesh profits nothing. But if you invest in your spiritual life you will reap eternal life. Investing to the Spirit deals with you spending time to study the word of God. The more of the word you invest in the Spirit the more you are closer to eternal life which is Christ Jesus.

Conclusion:
The flesh profits nothing, sowing of the word of God boost ones spiritual growth in the Lord. Endeavor to invest in yourself by the word of God.

Everything happens for a purpose

My brethren, count it all joy when ye fall into divers temptations; James 1:2

It is inevitable that a child of God will face certain trials or temptations for a period of time in life. When this happens we tend to think that God is wicked or does not hear our cry when we pray for His intervention. However, these things happen for the growth of our faith in Him. A follower of Christ is one who face trials and patiently wait to overcome at the end. In James 1:2 tells us that we should count it all joy when we come across challenges. At the following verses , James 1:3-4  Knowing this, that the trying of your faith worketh patience. But let patience have her perfect work, that ye may be perfect and entire, wanting nothing. These verses tells us that the trying of our faith exercises our faith and even our spiritual life, thereby increasing our growth in the Lord if we patiently wait for the Lord to fight our battles without giving up on the Lord.

Conclusion:
All trials and temptations happening to you is for the trying of your faith in Christ, count it all joy because victory is knocking at your door.

Why many pray and only a few receive answers?

And this is the confidence that we have in him, that, if we ask any thing according to his will, he heareth us:1 John 5:14

Why do many pray and only a few receive from Him? All prayers you pray often are spiritual communication you have with the Father, God. Communicating with God requires a means which is faith, without faith you can’t communicate with Him. The means by which you call your earthly father and loved ones all around the world is through a telephone call. When you make a telephone call you hear a voice which gives you confidence that the receiver heard your request, this is not different from a child of God who uses faith as a communicating means to request from the father, through faith He/She believes God has heard and has spoken. 1 John 5:13-14 These things have I written unto you that believe on the name of the Son of God; that ye may know that ye have eternal life, and that ye may believe on the name of the Son of God. And this is the confidence that we have in him, that, if we ask any thing according to his will, he heareth us:
If a Believer lack this spiritual means of communicating with the father, He will keep praying without receiving anything from above.
Dear reader I hope you have been blessed today, take your faith as a means by which you can communicate with the Father and have this confidence that He heard you.

Conclusion:
Your faith is your spiritual telephone by which you communicate with the father, and your confidence in Him gives you assurance that He heard you.

The thoughts of God towards you

Beloved, I wish above all things that thou mayest prosper and be in health, even as thy soul prospereth. 3 John 1:2

The major thoughts of God for you is for good well being as well as prosperity 3 John 1:2. A wealthy child of good with a perfect health will serve God to the very best without any worries.
These things are what everyone pray to have but just a few are accountable to sound health and prosperity. The reason why this happens is because they didn’t follow the commandment attached to the fulfillment God’s thoughts towards them. From the epistle of John in 3 John 1:4 tells us how it is a joy to the saints and even God to see believers walk in truth. 3 John 1:4 ‘I have no greater joy than to hear that my children walk in truth.’ Before this verse the Bible tells us that the purpose of God towards you is for good health and prosperity in all ramifications, the preceding verse, 3 John 1:3-4 tells us that this thoughts will be fulfilled if and only you walk in the truth. And there’s no greater joy than this.
Dear reader I know you are blessed today, endeavor to walk in the truth always and the thoughts of God will be fulfilled in your life.

Conclusion:
The thoughts of God for you is not for evil but that you may experience prosperity and good health. Walking in the truth that Christ had commanded will make this thoughts be fulfilled in your life.

The Benefits of doing the Lords will

He is like a man which built an house, and digged deep, and laid the foundation on a rock: and when the flood arose, the stream beat vehemently upon that house, and could not shake it: for it was founded upon a rock. Luke 6:48

There are rewards if you are a true follower of Christ and one who does His will. The scripture expounded on this giving benefits of being a true doer of the Lords will. Of utmost benefit of doing the Lord will is that you will not be moved away from the trials or tribulations of life because you are on the solid rock which is Christ Jesus. The Bible gave evidence of this in 1 Corinthians 10:4. ‘And did all drink the same spiritual drink: for they drank of that spiritual Rock that followed them: and that Rock was Christ.whosoever is in Christ can not be shaken by temptations,  fear, death or sickness. Christ gave another benefit that whosoever follows His will will not die,  but shall be changed on the last days from a mortal flesh to an immortal body just like He is. 1 Cor 15:52

Conclusion:
A doer of the Lords will is like an house built in a rock that can’t be moved by storms or wind. Be a true follower of Christ and your foundation will be guaranteed forever.

The grace and the gift of Christ

But unto every one of us is given grace according to the measure of the gift of Christ. Ephesians 4:7

Every believer is saved by the grace of Christ through faith in Him. The scripture made it clear that this grace is the gift of God. Ephesians 2:8 For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God:
Moreover, this gift of God which we have received through the grace of God for the salvation of our soul had been given to bring unbelievers to Christ through the gospel and for the edification of the Church, the body of Christ. Ephesians 4:12 For the perfecting of the saints, for the work of the ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ:
For you that is saved there’s a gift of Christ in you to edify, win souls and perfection of the saints in Christ.

Conclusion:
There’s the gift of Christ in you as a believer, unleash this gift in you by your enthusiasm and work to preaching the gospel and winning of souls to the kingdom.

The anointing helps you to understand  all things

But the anointing which ye have received of him abideth in you, and ye need not that any man teach you: but as the same anointing teacheth you of all things, and is truth, and is no lie, and even as it hath taught you, ye shall abide in him. 1 John 2:27

The Bible and all scriptural teachings are well understood by the unction of the Holy Spirit, the anointing. The reason why you will need to understand the scripture by the anointing is that the scripture is written by the inspiration of God. 2 Timothy 3:16 All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness: If you should read the Bible like other books you will not get the message of God right well.
Of most important of the anointing is that it guides you to know the true teachings of the gospel. if any false prophet or teacher disguise Himself a minister of God, by the anointing you can easily discriminate from His teachings if He is of God.
Dear reader, are you yet to receive the anointing? first of all thirst for the Holy spirit and pray that the lord send the comforter (Holy spirit) to you ,  if you have the Holy spirit, you will have His anointing right in you. The scripture says in 1 john 2:27 ’anointing ye have received of Him (Holy spirit)...’ that is; you can only receive the anointing through the Holy spirit.

conclusion:
The anointing helps you to know all things. By the anointing of the Holy Spirit you will understand the words and teachings of the gospel better.

The godly shall be saved from trials

The Lord knoweth how to deliver the godly out of temptations, and to reserve the unjust unto the day of judgment to be punished:  2 Peter 2:9

G
od had always had His way of dealing with the ungodly. Our God is Holy and pure who cannot stand to behold evil. If any man or even Nations forsake Him, is not hard for Him to punish them all. Psalms 9:17 the wicked shall be turned into hell, and all the nations that forget God. From the days that God have been destroying the race of the wicked,  He had always saved His elects from these trials, the Bible made mention of Noah, how God saved Him and His family from the destructive flood intended to wipe Human race on earth, and how He saved Abraham and lot during the destruction of Sodom and Gomorrah. 2 Peter 5-8,  in Genesis 18:17-18, before God destroyed Sodom and Gomorrah, the Lord posed this question to Himself ‘ shall I hide from Abraham what am about to do?’ You would know from the scriptural verses that Abraham was godly and no tribulation would happen on earth without God revealing it to Him. We can learn from here that if we follow the will of God, He will save us in the times of trouble. Same as the second coming of our Lord Jesus,  He shall take up the saints from the surface of the earth before the tribulations of the Antichrist.

Dear reader, I know you must be blessed this morning, are you yet to know Jesus, surrender your life to Him today so that you will be saved from any trials that may come your way.

Conclusion:

The godly will certainly be saved from trials, are you still amidst trials, let your mind be at rest and victory will be yours.

The Devine power for an Holy lifestyle

According as his divine power hath given unto us all things that pertain unto life and godliness, through the knowledge of him that hath called us to glory and virtue:  2 Peter 1:3

Every child of God has been given the power to live a godly life since that moment they surrendered their lives to Jesus and have accepted the guidance of the Holy Ghost. However, this power to live Holy won’t work in us without our enthusiasm to live a Holy Life. The scripture has instructed us on so many cases to strive for perfection. 2 Peter 1:3 According as his divine power hath given unto us all things that pertain unto life and godliness, through the knowledge of him that hath called us to glory and virtue:
Many have assumed that it is impossible to be Holy, But from the scriptural verse, 2 peter 1:3 it is evident that every believers have the Heavenly instinct for righteousness and Holiness. Striving for perfection require spiritual principles.  In 2 Peter1:5-8, the principles to strive for godly lifestyles was stated. And the Bible concluded that whosoever follows these principles will not lack the fruitfulness of the knowledge of Christ.
Dear reader, I know you must have been blessed today, have you pondered on how one can live a godly lifestyle. The truth is you can live a life of Holiness with the principles in 2 peter 1:5-8. Follow this principles and the Holy Spirit will guide you all through your life.

You can be Holy as God is Holy, as a child of God you have been given the power to live righteous and perfect.

The reserved eternal inheritance

To an inheritance incorruptible, and undefiled, and that fadeth not away, reserved in heaven for you, 1 Peter 1:4

There  is an inheritance in Heaven prepared for God’s elects. It is not surprising that the Bible called this inheritance everlasting in 1peter 1:4, so far the paradise of God is eternal, things around Him and those that dwell with Him are eternal spirits.
Jesus had brought to our awareness that there are Heavenly mansions, rewards and lots more,  reserved for God saints John 14:2 In my Father's house are many mansions: if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you. In the end of His words in this verse He said ‘I go to prepare a place for you’ that is; He is going to get things, mansions and lot more reserved for us until the last day. And one thing we should be aware of is that the temptations we face on earth now cannot be compared with the inheritance reserved for us because those temptations are transient but the inheritance is eternal. 1peter 1:6

Conclusion:
Dear reader,  there’s an Inheritance for God’s elects, are you yet to be one? Surrender your soul to Jesus and you will have great and imperishable inheritance waiting for you in heaven.

Christ, our deliverer

Who gave himself for our sins, that he might deliver us from this present evil world, according to the will of God and our Father: Galatians 1:4

You can not say you are saved from this world without having Christ in your life. The reason of His coming is to save human from their sins and from the tribulations of this present world. It is inevitable that Christians will face challenges in this world,  however our lord Jesus has assured us that we shall be delivered by him.John 16:33 These things I have spoken unto you, that in me ye might have peace. In the world ye shall have tribulation: but be of good cheer; I have overcome the world.
Our defender in this world is Jesus, therefore we should not be intimidated by any terror in this world.

Conclusion:
Dear reader, Christ is your only deliverer in this present world. Don’t be intimidated by the tribulations of this present world but let Christ be your assurance of victory.

In Christ, there’s no past

Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new: 2 Corinthians 5:17

If a man is born again He is dead with Christ. That old man in Him which signifies His past is dead with Christ and such a man is risen with Christ with a new body. Romans 6:4 Therefore we are buried with him by baptism into death: that like as Christ was raised up from the dead by the glory of the Father, even so we also should walk in newness of life. It is of utmost important to know as a Christian that whosoever that is in Christ is akin to a child just born who has no past.
Therefore there’s no condemnation in anyone that is in Christ no matter what He or She had done before meeting the lord Jesus. Romans 8:1
Dear reader have you been feeling guilty of your past or have people reviled you because of your past or the Devil posing questions to you to make you think you aren’t worthy of a new life in Christ. If you are yet to give your life to Jesus make sure you do that now; then the Devil won’t have any right to accuse you.

Conclusion :
In Christ you’re dead to the past therefore the past doesn’t exist anymore, what really exist and matters is your new life in Christ Jesus.

The power of thanksgiving

Enter into his gates with thanksgiving, and into his courts with praise: be thankful unto him, and bless his name.Psalms 100:4

If you checked all through your life from the time you were born,  you would know that the lord has been very marvelous in your life. It is disappointing that many complain a lot without giving thanks of the good things Christ has done in their life, they only checked through on things that aren’t going on well in their lives. While some set of people after their prayers requests had been granted failed to give God thanks for what He had done. The Bible gave a perfect example of a 10-leper that pleaded for the lord to heal them only one of the 10 lepers that was cured came back to Jesus to give Him thanks. His thanks giving made him completely whole from his infirmity, initially the 10 lepers were cleansed, only the one that gave thanks was made whole. Luke 17:18-19 ‘There are not found that returned to give glory to God, save this strangerAnd he said unto him, Arise, go thy way: thy faith hath made thee whole.

Conclusion:
Dear reader, I know you have been blessed, know that there’s power in  thanksgiving,  give the lord thanks always for the things he had done and things he would do.

All has been nailed to the cross

Blotting out the handwriting of ordinances that was against us, which was contrary to us, and took it out of the way, nailing it to his cross;Colossians 2:14

It may have been certain that those who have committed a lot of atrocities would be charge to so much punishment. And there have been records in the Old Testament how instant and merciless judgement is passed to those who err. All glory be to God who sent His son, Jesus Christ to die for our sins to nail all our guilt to the cross. That is, Jesus came and bore our sins to Himself as if He were the one that had sinned yet not Him but because of the love our Heavenly Father has for us.
Dear reader, are you yet to accept Jesus as your lord and savior,  it is about time you did it so that Christ will bear all charges of sin against you.

Conclusion:
The penalty of sin is death,  however God in His mercy sent His only son, Jesus to nail this penalty on the cross by His death for our sins and whosoever accept Him is saved from death.

One body in Christ

There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither bond nor free, there is neither male nor female: for ye are all one in Christ JesusGalatians 3:28

God made a covenant of promise with Abraham. He had guaranteed Him that His seed, one entity and not His seeds (many) of Which  most of we Christians believed to be. That promised seed is Jesus Christ. Galatians 3:16 Now to Abraham and his seed were the promises made. He saith not, And to seeds, as of many; but as of one, And to thy seed, which is Christ. However, generations of Abraham, the Jews were obviously thought to be partakers of this promise alone, but God knowing that He would eventually send a mediator, and only begotten son to reconcile all race back to the father, made a promise with Abraham that all blessings will come from His seed, Jesus Christ. And the scripture clarified it that as many that are in Christ Jesus be it Jew, Greek or any race whatsoever that are not initially descendants of Abraham are one body in Christ and are heirs to Abraham’s blessings. Galatians 3:14 That the blessing of Abraham might come on the Gentiles through Jesus Christ; that we might receive the promise of the Spirit through faith.
From the scripture in Galatians 3:28, it is evident that as Christians we are one body in Christ Jesus, anyone in Christ is entitled to the grace, blessings and promises in Christ Jesus through faith.

Conclusion:
Dear reader, know that you are not limited to the blessings prepared for God’s people, if you are in Christ Jesus you are entitled to the Abraham’s blessings and you are one with God saints in Christ Jesus.

Assurance of divine protection

From henceforth let no man trouble me: for I bear in my body the marks of the Lord Jesus: Galatians 6:17

There is a divine protection to every follower of christ and to those who do His will. there is an assurance of divine protection from every afflictions, terrors, plagues etc. Every believer should be aware of this that there is no man or anything whatsoever that can hurt them because in them there are marks of the lord Jesus Christ which signifies them as anointed ones of God. 1 Chronicles 16:22 Saying, Touch not mine anointed, and do my prophets no harm.
let this be an assurance for you always that there is nothing here on earth or else where that can harm you because you are an anointed one of God.
Dear reader I know you are really blessed by this message today, are you yet to receive Christ as your lord and savior,  it is about time you surrendered all to Him so you can have assurance of divine protection in all areas of your life.

Conclusion:
There’s an assurance of divine protection for every believers that do the will of the father; therefore as a believer let your confidence of divine protection be in Christ.

Pray without doubt

But let him ask in faith, nothing wavering. For he that wavereth is like a wave of the sea driven with the wind and tossed: James 1:6

When you ask your Heavenly Father a thing you should ask Him as a son ask His father of His needs. A son will ask His father without doubting because He is aware of what His father can offer Him.  You are born to the family of Christ as a child of God not by blood but by the spirit of God. John1:13. Therefore don’t ask God for something like a stranger or beggar ask without confident or being sure that His/Her request will be granted.
A beggar repeats His/Her request every day. You should not ask God in way of such but let your request to be straight forward without repeating the same thing in your prayers.  Matthew 6:7 But when ye pray, use not vain repetitions, as the heathen do: for they think that they shall be heard for their much speaking. When you ask in prayer you should ask God with faith that He had received your request.
As a born again Christian you are one of God’s heirs to the inheritance prepared for His saints. Then you should ask God without doubting Him.

Conclusion:
Dear reader, when asking God for anything let your request be built in faith that you’re asking your father for needs and that He had heard you.

 Sanctification

I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service: Romans 12:1

To be sanctified alludes to being pure, clean without any form of sins of iniquity within. Our Heavenly Father wants every believer to be pure and holy. The scripture says our body is a temple of Holy Spirit which must be kept spiritually sanctified from any form of sin.1 Corinthians 6:19 What? know ye not that your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost which is in you, which ye have of God, and ye are not your own? the scripture reveals to us here that we are not the owner of our body but of Christ.  We are just similar to the keeper of a house while the owner is our Heavenly Father.
The extent to which our body is holy and sanctified will determine how the Holy Spirit will work through us effectively. Therefore it is required of us to keep our body sanctified for the master use. Romans 12:1

Conclusion:
Dear reader, your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost which much be kept Holy and acceptable For the master,  Heavenly Father perfect use.

The Devine supplier

But my God shall supply all your need according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus: Philippians 4:19

Our Heavenly Father is a Devine provider. A big testimony is a provision of manna from heaven to the Israelites.
One secret you should be aware of is that there is nothing you are aspiring to get; might have been a good house, job,  good business, and a lot more that the Lord Jesus can not do for you.  He is interested in your progress. In Philippians 4:19 says ‘But my God shall supply all your need according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus
That is when a believer is full of the riches in Christ Jesus he will be full of grace to acquire many blessings. The scripture says in John 1:16 And of his fulness have all we received, and grace for grace. This fullness tells us well about the riches of Christ's glory. That is little effort of you gives you bigger blessings and prosperity.
Dear reader, have you been worried about how to meet up with your needs.  Congratulations to you because in Christ there’s assurance of you acquiring everything you ever needed just put your trust in Him.

Conclusion:
Our God is a Devine supply of all blessings and needs. In the riches of his son’s glory is our supply from Him guaranteed.

Breaking limits

I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me: Philippians 4:13

It is beyond the scope of human knowledge to do all things,  that is the reason why humans are limited to so many abilities. However our lord Jesus broke this limits. He came in form man without sin from his birth and all through his life on earth which had been practically impossible for humans to achieve. He also worked so many miracles which are beyond the scope of human knowledge.  The good news is that we can do exactly and even greater things our Lord did while on earth because Christ has assured as many that believe in him that greater things shall they do. John 14:12 Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that believeth on me, the works that I do shall he do also; and greater works than these shall he do; because I go unto my Father.

Conclusion:
Dear reader, do you know that  you’re born to break limits. If our lord did it you can likewise. And this grace is for those who believe in Christ Jesus if you’re yet to believe in him do so now and you will do all things with ease.

Let go of your sinful lifestyle

And even as they did not like to retain God in their knowledge, God gave them over to a reprobate mind, to do those things which are not convenient: Romans 1:28

There are people who have been preached to and have been warned of their sinful lifestyle and been aware of their wrong lifestyle yet they refused to repent. Such people are given to a hardened heart to do those things which are not convenient. Romans 1:28 ‘And even as they did not like to retain God in their knowledge, God gave them over to a reprobate mind, to do those things which are not convenient A case study in this context is pharaoh who was obstinate to letting go of Israelites from their slavery in Egypt, the Bible made us to understand that God hardened His heart to do exactly what was in His mind until He ended in destruction. Exodus 7:13 And he hardened Pharaoh's heart, that he hearkened not unto them; as the LORD had said.

Conclusion:
Dear reader, have you been obstinate to repent from your sins. The good is that Christ is still willing to accept you if you’re ready to let go of your wrong ways and eternal life will be guaranteed for you.

The greatest covenant

In whom also ye are circumcised with the circumcision made without hands, in putting off the body of the sins of the flesh by the circumcision of Christ: Colossians 2:11

The scripture says that as many that have received Christ to them is given the power to be sons and daughters of God (John 1:12). for anyone that believed Him Such a one is birth to a  new covenant. And this covenant is greater than the covenant He had from the beginning with Abraham which was the covenant of circumcision.  This new covenant is the circumcision of Christ by putting off the sinful nature in us.
that is you will not be under the bondage of sin or the works of the flesh anymore.
Dear reader are you still in the bondage of the flesh,  accept Jesus as your only savior by entering a new covenant with christ which is a freedom from all sins and works of the flesh.

conclusion:
except you are in the right covenant with christ, you will still be in the bondage of flesh and sins. It is about time to start new covenant with Christ if you have not done so.
