Listen to Him and follow His path

 

My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me: John 10:27

 

Christ had alluded His followers as His sheep while Himself is the shepherd.  He gave an explanation in John 10:1-5, of how a shepherd Has right to direct and go before His sheep. And that if a wolf should come to attack the sheep, the shepherd will give His life to save the sheep from the danger.

Christ Had assured you, eternal life if you follow Him and listen to His instructions whenever He speaks to you.  He said in John 10:27 ’My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me:’ If you follow and listen to Him you can only be called His sheep and He will never allow you to end in dangers because He is the shepherd directing your path. You will also be guaranteed everlasting life that can never be plucked out.

John 10:28 ’And I give unto them eternal life; and they shall never perish, neither shall any man pluck them out of my hand.’

 

Conclusion:

Listen to Him when He speaks, follow His path, you will be called His sheep and there will be an assurance of everlasting life for you.
