 Sanctification

I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service: Romans 12:1

To be sanctified alludes to being pure, clean without any form of sins of iniquity within. Our Heavenly Father wants every believer to be pure and holy. The scripture says our body is a temple of Holy Spirit which must be kept spiritually sanctified from any form of sin.1 Corinthians 6:19 What? know ye not that your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost which is in you, which ye have of God, and ye are not your own? the scripture reveals to us here that we are not the owner of our body but of Christ.  We are just similar to the keeper of a house while the owner is our Heavenly Father.
The extent to which our body is holy and sanctified will determine how the Holy Spirit will work through us effectively. Therefore it is required of us to keep our body sanctified for the master use. Romans 12:1

Conclusion:
Dear reader, your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost which much be kept Holy and acceptable For the master,  Heavenly Father perfect use.
