The Spirit of God gives wisdom 

For what man knoweth the things of a man, save the spirit of man which is in him? even so the things of God knoweth no man, but the Spirit of God.1 Corinthians 2:11

There is no way you can understand or know the thoughts of God except you have his spirit dwelling in you. If you are an adopted child of God it is certain that you have his spirit, that is you are born by His Spirit  John 1:13 Which were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God.

Corinthians 2:1-16 explain more about the wisdom of God by His Spirit. You can not know the thoughts of a man except He himself because His Spirit searches His own hearts and minds. Same as our God you can not know His thought and mind except you have His Spirit because the Scripture clarified this in 1 Corinthians 2:10 But God hath revealed them unto us by his Spirit: for the Spirit searcheth all things, yea, the deep things of God.

If a man can know the thoughts and mind of God such man has the wisdom of God. The Bible tells us that the earthly wisdom is vain, imperfect and should not be relied upon because it doesn't have a strong foundation but every child should stand firmly on the wisdom of God.
